There is a price list available to the customer whose data may be modified by TARDORGRAFFITI

include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
In the event that it is necessary for the customer to pay shipping and packaging costs, this
circumstance will be stated together with the purchase price and prior to payment. Payment may
be made by credit or debit card following the
instructions published on the website. The lack of payment implies the impossibility for the customer to access
to the product ordered and to assume the shipping and return costs if the customer would like to access again to

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or unduly, using the number
of a payment card, the holder of the same may request the cancellation of the charge to TARDORGRAFFITI, provided
and when the previous presentation of a complaint for these facts is accredited, as well as the denial of
reimbursement of the bank issuing the card and the insurance company of the same.
The refund of the amount thereof shall be made by written complaint, which must be accompanied by
the documents mentioned in the preceding paragraph (complaint and refusals) that

4.- LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
The shipment of the product will take place within 24 hours after the printing or completion of the same and will be sent to the address that the CUSTOMER has designated for this purpose in the order form, provided that the
product ordered is available in our warehouse. The shipment is made through the service of
a private courier company. Local pick-up is not possible.
TARDORGRAFFITI is not responsible for force majeure causes that may result in a delay in the
delivery of the product, but undertakes to ensure its resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible
. When the delay in delivery or loss of the product is due to the incorrect performance of the
courier company contracted by TARDORGRAFFITI, it will collaborate with the CUSTOMER in the
corresponding claim, in case the latter wishes to file it, although it will not be responsible for
the final resolution of the same.
Once the above mentioned terms have elapsed, no claim will be admitted against TARDORGRAFFITI regarding the
condition in which the delivered goods were delivered.
TARDORGRAFFITI is not obliged to deliver in the event of exceptional events (fire, strike of
transporters, failure of suppliers, supply difficulties, etc.). Likewise, the
responsibility of TARDORGRAFFITI would not be engaged in the event that the products sold
had been stored in abnormal conditions or incompatible with their nature once the delivery to the courier company or to the CUSTOMER has been made

5.- AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS.
In case of punctual unavailability of a product, the CUSTOMER will be informed by e-mail
of this fact and the new indicative delivery time. In case the product
is not available, once informed by e-mail, you will be able to receive a
product of similar characteristics or cancel the order.

6.- TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP.
The CUSTOMER acquires ownership of the products upon full payment of all

other than the carrier, has acquired its material possession. In case it is the CUSTOMER who

PROCEDURE, RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL, AND LEGAL WARRANTY.
7.1.- Procedure.

The CUSTOMER may cancel his order at no cost provided that this is communicated before the order
has been made available to the carrier.
7.3.- Right of Withdrawal.
The CUSTOMER shall have a period of 14 calendar days after acquiring possession of the good to
withdraw from the contract without any justification and without penalty.
The right of withdrawal shall apply provided that the contracted products are returned in
the same conditions (along with their complete original packaging, labels and along with any accessories
related to them), and accompanied by the purchase invoice. In any case, TARDORGRAFFITI
will determine if these requirements are fulfilled.
In case of granting this right the CLIENT will assume the cost for the return of the products, in
case of not being granted; the products will be sent freight collect.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the contracts that refer to the supply of goods
made according to the specifications of the User or clearly personalized.
7.4.- Legal Warranty.
The User has a two-year warranty period from the delivery of the product.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation by the CUSTOMER are not included in
this warranty. In the absence of proof to the contrary, it will be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent
within six months of delivery of the product already existed when the thing was delivered.
The legal guarantee includes the following rights for the CLIENT:
Ø If the product does not conform to the contract, the CLIENT may choose between demanding the repair
or the replacement of the product, unless one of these two options proves objectively impossible
or disproportionate to the detriment of TARDORGRAFFITI. All expenses for the exercise of this right
will be free of charge for the CUSTOMER.
Ø The price reduction and the termination of the contract will proceed, at the option of the CUSTOMER, when the latter
could not demand the repair or replacement and in cases where these have not been carried out
within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the CUSTOMER. The resolution no
will proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.

8.- DISSEMINATION.
We reserve the right to disseminate photos of printed garments with CLIENT’s designs for testing and
analysis of the web or social networks, as a sample of the work process and provided that these do not attempt
against any copyright, or adversely affect the image of the CLIENT. These photos or
contents will be removed if expressly requested by the author to be removed from our website.

NOTIFICATIONS.
TARDORGRAFFITI designates as its address for notification purposes the address stipulated in the Legal Notice. The e-mail address
provided by the CLIENT during the registration process will be used by TARDORGRAFFITI for
purposes of notifications. All notifications made in accordance with the
procedure indicated above shall be deemed to have been validly made.

10.- JURISDICTION.
In case of litigation, controversy, conflict, discrepancy, question or claim resulting from the execution
or interpretation of the present conditions and the commercial operations undertaken, the Courts of Dénia will be
competent for their knowledge with express waiver of any other
jurisdictions that may correspond.
