Tribute to Maria Ibars in Denia

In 2024 a tribute was made to the poet Maria Ibars for the 50th anniversary of the center. The mural was made to commemorate the work of the poet that can be seen on the walls of the institute of Denia that bears her name.

It has been an honor to make a mural on the facade of the Institute that bears the name of Maria Ibars in Denia. This project was especially emotional, as it pays tribute to a very important figure in the history and culture of the area. The work not only beautifies the facade of the educational center, but also seeks to inspire students and the entire community that passes by.

The repercussion in the press and media was very positive, highlighting the importance of keeping alive the memory of María Ibars through urban art. In the images and videos that I share, you can appreciate the process from the preparation of the wall, the execution of the details and the final result, which is now part of the cultural landscape of Denia.

This mural is not only an artistic work, but also a symbol of respect and admiration for a figure who left his mark on local history. The community has received this initiative with enthusiasm, and for me it was a very enriching experience to be able to contribute my art to such a significant project.

In 2023 Tardor already immortalized the other entrance of the school with this imposing work that refers to theater, an art practiced at the school.

In another of my projects at the same high school, I created a work that celebrates the theater branch taught at the school. This mural seeks to reflect the creativity, passion and magic of the theatrical world, inspiring students to continue exploring their talent and expressing themselves through art.

The process was very special, as I worked in collaboration with teachers and students to capture the essence of theater and its impact on the formation of young people. In the images and videos, you can see how the colors and shapes convey movement, emotion and the magic that surrounds each theatrical performance.

This mural not only visually enriches the school environment, but also serves as a constant reminder of the value of art and culture in education. The response from the school community has been very positive, and I am proud to have been able to contribute to a space that fosters the creativity and talent of the students.
