In 2023 I carried out a very special project in La Sella (Pedreguer, Alicante), an area known for its natural environment, its villas surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the Mediterranean landscape. The assignment was to create an exterior mural for a country house, integrating my personal style with the nature that surrounds the house. The goal was that the mural would not only decorate the space, but would dialogue with the environment, providing harmony, aesthetics and a unique visual identity to the home.
For this intervention I designed the image of a woman in profile, represented with softness and contemplative expression, whose hair merges with plants, leaves and organic elements. This composition connects directly with the vegetation of the house itself, creating continuity between the mural and the garden. Above the figure’s head, a bird in flight adds dynamism, freedom and a touch of life that contrasts with the serenity of the face.
The result is a mural that is fully integrated into its location, becoming a piece of art that not only beautifies the house but also reinforces the relationship between nature and housing, a concept very present in my line of work. This type of project demonstrates how mural art can transform any exterior wall into a focal point full of personality, sensitivity and connection with the environment.
